Mylio Keeps Improvements Coming
Awhile back I started using Mylio to keep track of my images across all my devices. When I first started using this program, it was mainly due to its speed when handling three quarters of million images. It’s never been as robust as DXO Opics Pro or Lightroom for adjusting images, but the Mylio crew keeps working to improve their product on a regular basis. Not sure if Mylio will ever have the same power for editing your pictures as the two programs
Every image I’ve ever shot, with me on even an iPhone if I want it there. Nearly 3/4’s of a million images on an iPhone for goodness sake. Hard to believe.
mentioned above, but I’ve found with the past couple of updates, Mylio does a respectable job fixing most issues I have with my pictures. Things like toning down highlights, cropping, changing white balance, captioning, keywording, etc. It’s especially useful for things that need to get out quickly, photos going out in emails, forum posts, and Blog posts, like this one.

Equally impressive is their new FREE MYLIO ACCOUNT which you can use for no charge if you’re shooting JPEGs only and don’t go beyond 25,000 images. You can also sync up to three devices with this account, which for most people might be their desktop, iPad and iPhone, or maybe a laptop instead of the desktop. I’m finding this program to be an indispensable tool for keeping track of all my pictures and having them with me at all times. Mylio is worth a look, and now that you can try them at no cost, with no time limit, how can you not give them a shot? Here’s a link to all the new features.
